New Utility Customer Portal

We are excited to introduce the new Utility Customer Portal; here is what you can do:

  • Manage one or more than one account: Pay one at a time or all at once.  You decide.
  • View an exact replica of your current bill or download a copy and print it.
  • Pay your utility bill with a debit or credit card.
  • Pay by phone: 1-570-669-8136 and use the ID# and Pin# printed on your bill.
  • There is a fee to pay online or by phone, it is $3.00 or 3% of the payment amount, whichever is larger. 
  • Pay by E-Check with a flat fee of $1.50 per payment.  There is a $10 Returned Payment Fee.

*** This Payment option is Not available through the automated phone system.

  • Set up autopay to be sure your bills are paid on time, so you never have to worry about a late fee.
  • See your account history, consumption history, every bill amount and payment amount for the past year.  Schedule a “bill due” reminder:  choose the number of days before the due date for a personal reminder.
  • Utility payments may still be placed in the utility drop box in the borough building parking lot in a sealed envelope with your payment stub or at the borough office with your utility bill.

Boil Advisory Lifted

BOIL ADVISORY that was put in place on July 16, 2026 for the Weatherly Borough – Hudsondale Street (200-400), Fairview Street & Maple Street – has been lifted with DEP approval.
