Weatherly Residents are urged to contact the borough office for Zoning/Building permit & Code Enforcement issues or questions. Verify first if permits are required before you begin your next project.

Code Enforcement of properties is intended to protect property values, investments & other interests of all property owners. Some code enforcement violations include: abandoned, inoperable or unlicensed vehicles, property maintenance, high grass & weeds. The Code Enforcement Officer will continue to keep watch on these and other violations with the start of the new year.
